SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer shipping within the United States via USPS. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your address is accurate, as we cannot modify it once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address information.

Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. After a package has been shipped it is in the hands of the carrier and we are not responsible for delays.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

SHIPPING

All Lola’s products are shipped from Chicago.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the United States.

RETURNS

At this time, Lola’s does not accept returns unless there is an issue with your product. Each item is handmade to order.
